Mall of Jaipur is a fusion of Traditional and contemporary building design. Located in the centre of city, in the posh and bustling locality of Gandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar-Jaipur, Mall of Jaipur is one of the biggest upcoming Mall in the city.The building form is generated in consideration of the site profile. The front facade faces south and is translated into perforated screen to response the harsh sun. The screen facade is achieved to optimize natural light and reduce heat gain. Being a commercial/public space, the building has to be interactive and allows visual connection at different levels. The central atrium connects the lower level of the mall, creating porosity between the active areas.The upper lever resides theatres and office floors, designed in a way to respond the activity or utility of the space.
