The site is located on the akhnoor road, along the canal. The strategic location have road on two ends of the longitudinal plot, allowing easy access to the property. The brief was to design a commercial complex housing shopping arcade, hyper market, food courts, multiplexes & office spaces.
The facade is formulated by interesting building plan form allowing two great size atrium to fit in. The communicating atriums in the centre of the building connects various floors allowing informal interaction & ensures ample light. Entrance at ground level with anchor shops and showrooms give ease to commute to the mall. The entrance plaza/landscape plaza give gracious environment of approach, and portray active synchronisation.
