The development brings together 12 residential towers and 154 villas across a 25.04-hectare site in Kinshasa. The towers comprise 480 three-bedroom and 240 two-bedroom apartments, while the G+2 villas are planned as five-bedroom homes with servant accommodation. A three-storey, 45,000 sq ft clubhouse includes indoor games, wellness facilities, an indoor pool and multipurpose spaces. Lakes, canals, lawns and landscaped areas complete the masterplan.
