CONGO
Garden City is a proposed social housing community in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Planned across a 335,247 sq m site, it brings together 4,992 two- and three-bedroom homes with shops, a school, a hospital, sports facilities and landscaped open spaces.
The master plan arranges homes in residential clusters connected by internal roads and pedestrian routes. With around 62% of the site kept open, the development aims to support community life and provide access to essential services, recreation and green spaces.
