Wavering the skyline of the city of Kinshasa, the form of this skyscraper was evolved taking into consideration an existing hotel room views, overlooking the Congo River without hampering the vista.

At one end is a dynamic commercial tower, while at the other lies high end residences, these two towers are connected at the rooftop which also doubles as a club area. This integration of commercial and residential elements, fosters a sense of community within the fabric of urban living.
